Victoria Young was last seen at her home on July 4th, 2023, around the 2000 block of Rhinehill Road SE at around 9:30 pm. Her description reads as follows;

• 5 foot 5 inches tall

• about 200lbs

• black hair

• brown eyes

• possibly wearing a purple shirt
